culture. Currently houses over 700 world wide resources with others
constantly being added.

International Study Group on Ethnomathematics: listed by ethnicity, by
social group or by utility. You will find easy access to such things as
African or Latino mathematics; math & gender, multicultural mathematics; and
ethnomathematics in the classroom. Mathematical practices include symbolic
systems, spatial designs, ways of reasoning and material activities.

Math History Links: Ancients and Cultures Page is a good site that aims to
connect math, history, science, literature and society. It has great links
to other sites with information on math in ancient cultures.

ENC Focus has published these two issues that cover the mathematics of world
cultures and offers specific teaching strategies and resources.

library of internet cites.

World Wide Science is a good site to find scientific accomplishments from
around the world. You can click on a continent and then a country and find
scientists and their accomplishments from that area.
